A unified solution across Euronet’s 27 locations in 13 countries helped improve data processing efficiency.

“Our cooperation with GTS Telecom (a company acquired by Deutsche Telekom) has been exactly what we hoped, and they have provided us with a huge variety of services. GTS makes every effort to satisfy our requests concerning both deadlines and challenges. The services provided by GTS meet all our needs and enable us to communicate faster and more efficiently.”

Suresh Nandihalli, COO at EFT Europe

Euronet’s acquired enterprises were using different telecommunication solutions, which made it increasingly difficult to process data efficiently. Euronet needed a new, consolidated network infrastructure to connect its Central and Eastern European (CEE) operations, encompassing as many as 27 locations in 13 countries. As such, Euronet began searching for a fast, cutting-edge, MPLS cloud-based solution that would reduce the complexity of its operations and help customers.

We designed a solution with both very high availability and the highest levels of redundancy in its various components. The solution provides Euronet with an MPLS virtual private network enhanced with IP Voice SIP trunking services, voice conferencing, international toll-free numbers to each Euronet office, and high-speed Ethernet connectivity between customer data centers. Joining voice and data services in a common technology ensures simplicity, flexibility, and ease of operation.

  • Increased efficiency of data processing thanks to a unified solution
  • High resiliency and availability of the solution
  • Dedicated support for service migration and assurance
  • Unified customer experience across different geographical markets
  • Local network professionals fully dedicated to business customer support
