CZECH FLOORBALL

The non-profit organization implemented Microsoft 365, a flexible and modern solution to increase productivity.

“We wanted a solution that would not only make our employees’ lives easier but also help bring down costs. Implementing Modern Workplace has met our all expectations and more. It helped transform our company quickly and effectively.”

Jakub Furmánek, Director of Operations at Czech Floorball

Challenge

“We were looking for a solution that would inject even more flexibility and bring all of our data together in one place", says Jakub Furmánek, Director of Operations. The main aim was to implement a high-quality solution. Aside from that, the priority was to prepare flexible workplaces for employees that would both allow them to work from home but also provide a high level of data security.

Solution

Czech Floorball opted for our modern workplace solution “because it allowed us to quickly and dramatically change how we work," says Jakub Furmánek, Director of Operations. “We also chose T-Mobile because they have been an outstanding long-term business partner." The project involved migrating the company´s email infrastructure to Exchange Online, building an intranet and DMS on SharePoint Online, and training users on how to use the new products efficiently via an adoption campaign. Microsoft Teams also helped the company enormously during the pandemic, enabling employees to work remotely from their home offices.

Benefits

  • Increased work flexibility and collaboration efficiency
  • Employees can work from anywhere and enjoy faster access to the tools they need
  • Improved team communication via chat, voice, and video calls
  • Clearer view of performance, and improved planning of team work
  • All internal data integrated and stored in one place
