OTE Group was able to provide Coca-Cola HBC with a complete solution that included the full spectrum of requested services. The deal covers data center and disaster recovery services from OTE and T-Systems Hungary respectively. The primary data center supports service business transactions for more than 36,000 employees and also covers critical transactions including ordering, customer relationship management (CRM), enterprise resource planning (ERP), human resources (HR), and call center services.
